Staying in a train was a fun and unique experience for our family, but it felt quite cramped. The warm and comfy accommodations made for a cozy stay, and the host was exceptionally kind. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent unless we were near the office, which made travel planning a bit of a hassle. Overall, it's a memorable stay with a few setbacks.

We had a great time staying in the airplane cockpit unit at Woodlyn Park. It was a fun and unique experience, especially for our kids, who loved exploring the cockpit. While the accommodation wasn't exactly luxurious due to its age and some small inconveniences, we appreciated the cozy feel and adequate amenities. However, the leaking windows during our rainy visit and the somewhat tricky ladder to the upper sleeping area were a bit challenging. Overall, it's a memorable stay for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary.

Our stay at Woodlyn Park was an adventure, especially staying in the hobbit home! The place is clean and unique, making for a memorable experience, but I did notice some wear and tear inside that could use some attention. The staff was helpful, guiding us to great dining options nearby. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a short, fun getaway, especially with kids, even if it could benefit from a little refurbishment.

Our stay in the hobbit unit was a unique experience, with a spacious layout and charming rustic finishes. The place was exceptionally clean and offered a well-equipped kitchenette, but it did get quite hot during the day without air conditioning. The woman at reception was incredibly helpful, recommending local attractions and restaurants that were perfect for us. The only downside was the uncomfortable outdoor furniture and the need for some maintenance outside, but overall it was a delightful stay that we'll remember fondly.

The hobbit unit was spacious, clean, and came equipped with a kitchenette. It had a double bed, four bunk beds, and a sofa, making it suitable for families. However, it got really hot as the sun streamed in, and we couldn't open the windows due to the lack of fly screens.

We enjoyed how quiet and remote the location felt, which meant we woke up to beautiful birdsong. It was conveniently close to the Waitomo caves, just a short walk or drive away.

Staying at this unique spot was an adventure! Sleeping in a plane was such a fun experience, and my inner child loved it. However, I had some issues with the bathroom space and the lack of Wi-Fi. The hobbit home was another highlight, spacious and comfortable, but it was also missing air conditioning. Overall, I enjoyed the quirky accommodations but would like to see some improvements in certain areas.
